Razor Claw :
Bullet Punch has a 3 second cooldown if it connects, meaning you get a TON of Razor procs while dueling. It also helps the 1-4 phase with small duels and quicker farming.

Muscle Band :
Same idea as Scyther here, with Muscle internal cooldown gone Scizor now gets 2 Muscle procs with every Technician proc, greatly increasing dps in prolonged fights while also offering solid objective shred on demand.

Weakness Policy/Focus Band /:
Both options here round out the brawly nature of Scizor, with Weakness being the more damage oriented option, stacking very nicely with Swords Dance buff. Increasing your attack also increases the amount you heal on Bullet Punch, so while being more offensive minded you do get some marginal survivability from it at the same time.

The name of the game as Scizor is resource management. Use Bullet Punch to heal and deal good damage. Proc Technician through moves. Use Technician to build up Boosted Auto Defense buffs quickly. Use Swords Dance to increase the power and healing of Bullet Punch and to have some burst.

You wanna get stacks ideally, since the healing from Bullet Punch depends on the damage it deals, so more Attack = more damage = more healing (plus your shield on BP+ depends on your attack so yeah).

Early game, if laning, you’re pretty decent at anti stacking due to Technician and Fury Cutter hitting extremely quickly. Try to use Fury Cutter to secure farm for stacks.

From the moment you evolve, every boosted auto will buff your defense by 40%, up to a fucked up extra 120%. This makes Scizor very good at handling physical attack carries. If facing enemies that will try to run from you, use BP and Quick Attack/Swords Dance in conjunction with Razor slows to stick. The way Bullet Punch works is simple: if you hit it, you deal damage, heal, decrease the move’s cooldown by quite a lot, and the next BP will deal one more hit, up to a max of 5, until you don’t hit anything with BP for a while. It’s safe to say you want to keep this up.

At lv7, pick Swords Dance, always. Do not pick Double Hit, you lose too much damage if you do.
Swords Dance buffs your Attack by 20%, while also spawning a gauge with 7 bars. Every hit Scizor lands will fill one bar. Once every bar is filled, hitting something again before the buff expires will fire some powerful burst damage in an aoe in a straight line.
From level 9, you get access to Red Illusion Dive, which, in conjunction with Swords Dance (and maybe Energy Amp) allows you to delete backliners that think they might be safe.
Another MASSIVE spike for Scizor is level 11: every time you hit Bullet Punch+ you get a nice shield, allowing you to brawl with even the most powerful special attackers (as long as you don’t outright int).

While Scizor doesn’t do much frontloaded damage, her sustain is insane. Every time you hit a boosted attack you gain a defense boost that stacks up to 3 times, and Bullet Punch sustains very well. Your damage becomes more noticeable the longer the fight goes on, and Swords Dance gives you even more attack and some nice burst. Remember to keep your bullet punch stage 3 up, you’re basically a dragondancing Dragonite in that regard. The general combo is SD>Auto>BP>Auto>BP and auto til SD is back up>repeat. Your ult is general utility, both as a quick burst of damage, CC, and displacement.
